Employee Relations - Investigations and Disciplinaries
Conduct grievances, investigations and disciplinaries. Ensuring all legal requirements are met reducing the risk of a claim. Training provided to managers to ensure they are able to approach disciplinary and grievance processes appropriately and confidently.
Organisational Change - Restructure and Redundancy
Providing advice on organisational change. Lead and handle all elements of a restructure, redundancy or reorganisation from preparing and compiling documentation, managing communications and timelines, ensuring thorough and sensitively managed consultation.
Strategy - Strategic Design and Implementation
Work with and advice leaders in developing a tailored HR Strategy for the short and long term vision and goals. Considering all HR disciplines during the process including talent management and succession planning, employee engagement, and reward management.
Recruitment and Selection
Lead and manage recruitment and selection on senior Executive searches and placements. Handle all elements of the process, where requested, from administrative tasks through to playing an advisory role.
Workplace Mediation and Facilitation
Lead on mediations sensitively between employees and facilitate communication. Endeavour to resolve disputes and reach a speedy solution to workplace conflict.
